The Nautos Compact Automatic Ratchet is a load sensitive ratchet block which is sheave activated. It rolls freely in both directions under low loads and automatically engages the ratchet as loads increase. The ratchet trigger is embedded in the centre of the sheave for optimum performance. It has a removable swivel pin which turns the shackle block in to tie on block. Unloaded main and jib sheets run out freely during mark roundings.
