Start with complete confidence. Our eight-stage check-in leaves your boat clean and dry, with its condition, inventory, trailer, battery and key systems recorded in your member portal.

Boats and RIBs dry berthed as part of our Managed Park and Launch service are safely stored in our secure marina based private access yard and receive documented care between visits.

Get more use from your boat without the towing, reversing or slipway stress. Enjoy unlimited launch & recovery during published standard hours from 1 April to 31 October.

Go whenever the Victoria Dock gate is open, from as early as 7:30am to as late as 9:30pm in summer. The freedom of a marina berth, without the berth. Plus, unlimited launching into the first week of November.

Ready When Promised

Your boat will be staged and ready within ten minutes of its confirmed launch window. If a delay within our control keeps you waiting longer, you will receive a £100 account credit.

Always Informed

After every care check, wash or approved work event, we update your member portal within 48 hours. If we do not, you receive a £50 account credit.

Costs Agreed First

Any additional non-emergency work or third-party cost is agreed with you in writing before we proceed. If we go ahead without your approval, the cost is ours.

Frequently asked questions

Your boat is stored securely ashore at our Victoria Dock yard, away from the unnecessary wear of being left in the water. As standard, we prepare it for each booked launch, recover it when you return, rinse the hull, flush the engine, hand dry it and return it securely to storage.

Tailor the service with enhancements for greater access, dockside boarding and additional care. For owners who want every detail managed through one trusted point of contact, our Elite Concierge Boat Management service provides a fully managed ownership experience.

Choose an available launch window through the member portal, giving us at least one hour’s notice. We prepare and launch your boat for the booked window, then recover it when you return. Afterwards, we rinse the hull, flush the engine, hand dry the boat and return it securely to storage.

From 1 April to 31 October, launching and recovery run seven days a week, 9am to 5pm. The Victoria Dock gate is open 3 hours before and 3 hours after high tide.

For earlier starts, later returns and unlimited launching during the first week of November, add Horizon Pass.

Outside the season, launching and recovery can be arranged by appointment for an additional fee.

Yes. Horizon Pass includes unlimited launching and recovery during our published early-morning and later-evening windows throughout the summer season. It also extends your unlimited launching and recovery into the first week of November.

All bookings remain subject to tide, gate times, weather, safety and operational capacity.

Horizon Pass lets you launch and return whenever the Victoria Dock gate is open, from as early as 7:30am to as late as 9:30pm in summer, with unlimited launching into the first week of November. Slots before 8am or after 8pm are booked at least 24 hours ahead. All times depend on the gate, the tide and the weather.

Yes. With Dockside Boarding, we launch your boat and secure it to the visitor pontoon ready for your arrival. Simply step aboard and begin your day.

The first 30 minutes on the visitor pontoon are currently free. After this, Caernarfon Harbour Trust fees may apply. If you are delayed, let us know as early as possible so we can postpone the launch. Any visitor pontoon fees remain the member’s responsibility.

Dockside Boarding is available in prepaid packs and is subject to advance booking, suitable conditions and pontoon availability.

Yes, subject to visitor berth availability. Overnight berths are booked and paid for directly with Caernarfon Harbour Trust.

If you reserve a berth for the weekend, our Dockside Boarding upgrade allows us to launch your boat into the berth ready for your arrival and recover it on Monday morning. It is available in convenient prepaid packs for members who want to make weekends aboard effortless.

Rinse your wetsuit at our dedicated station and keep your essentials in your personal storage box. There's also a toilet with space to change. We keep a few essentials on hand, like oil and bungs, in case you forget something. Fuel is available at Victoria Dock, or add a Fuel Service Pack and we'll fill up for you before you launch. Cafés and restaurants are a short walk away on the waterfront.

Yes. Add a prepaid Fuel Service Pack and we will refuel your boat before its booked launch, leaving you free to arrive and get straight on the water.

Diesel is supplied from Victoria Dock Marina and petrol from Morrison’s. Fuel is charged separately at the supplier’s price on the day. E10 petrol is used as standard unless you request an alternative in advance. Aspen alkylate fuel is also available on request.

You can visit your boat any time during our opening hours. Our hours change between summer and winter, so check them before you come. To take your boat out on the water, book a launch online through our members’ booking page.

When your boat is out, you can usually park in its space at the yard. If we’re ever full, park in a nearby council long-stay car park and we’ll refund your ticket, up to £8 for the day.

You may appoint your own suitably qualified contractor or ask us to introduce you to one of our trusted independent specialists. Access to the yard must be arranged with us in advance, and the contractor will agree the work, costs and payment directly with you.
