Hempel Hard Racing is a high performance hard antifouling, which provides fouling protection throughout the season. It is suitable for dry sailing or mud berthed.

Hempel Hard Racing is formulated for use below the waterline on power boats and regatta yachts
Substrates: suitably prepared glass fibre, wood, plywood and steel
Do not use on aluminium or light alloy metals. Risk of corrosion in case of direct contact
Application method: brush, roller, paint pad
Practical coverage: 12.5m²/litre
Recommended number of coats: 2 - an additional coat is recommended around waterline and high wear areas
Touch dry: 9 to 30 minutes (temperature dependent)
Overcoat time (Hempel Hard Racing): minimum 3 to 8 hours (temperature dependent)
Launching time: minimum 24 hours; maximum 6 months
Thinner: Hempel 808 (No 3)
Finish/sheen: semi-flat
