Our online chandlery provides access to a wider range of marine products available to order online. This service is separate from our in-store essentials and is intended for customers who wish to browse and order beyond the items we hold on the shelf.
Online chandlery orders are supplied via selected partner ranges and are fulfilled to order.
How our online chandlery works
Products available through our online chandlery do not represent stock held in our physical chandlery at Victoria Dock.
Our in-store chandlery focuses on essential items required for day-to-day boat maintenance and marine work carried out on site. The online chandlery provides access to extended ranges that are supplied to order, allowing us to offer broader availability.
Ordering in store
Customers are invited to place online chandlery orders in store, where seating and tablets are available.
This allows you to browse available online ranges while speaking directly with our team for technical guidance, product selection, and compatibility advice. Orders are placed online as part of this process and supplied to order.
Special orders
Our online chandlery reflects the ranges we are able to supply.
If a product is not listed online, we are generally unable to special order it. Exceptions apply to a small number of defined manufacturers and product ranges, which are supplied separately. Details of these ranges are available on request.
